Access Control Technology hires two new members for its technical support team
Sean Kelly and Jonathan Murray have joined Access Control Technology as Technical Support Representatives
Access Control Technology (ACT) Ltd., is delighted to announce the further strengthening of the Technical Support team with two new appointments. Sean Kelly and Jonathan Murray have both joined ACT in the role of Technical Support Representative.

Sean is a graduate of NUI Galway where he completed a degree in Electronic Engineering. Following his graduation Sean worked in the Power Electronics Research Centre, NUI Galway. Jonathan Murray is a graduate of IT Tallaght where he studied Computer Science with his focus being on software programming. Jonathan has experience in programming in a number of different languages.

Sean and Jonathan will be providing hardware and software support over the telephone to installers of ACT equipment. They will also be involved with training installers on ACT products and testing new products prior to release. Michael Moyna, Technical Services and Product Manager, is delighted with the addition of both Sean and Jonathan to the Technical Support team. With the number of ACT access control systems being installed continues to increase the addition of two new team members will facilitate ACT's aim to further improve the level of customer service offered to clients and the quality of the training courses being delivered.

The ACT products range from simple stand-alone readers to highly flexible solutions designed to meet the most demanding requirements of any size enterprise. The products will integrate with many third-party applications including card readers and databases. An extensive range of access control and audio-video door devices is currently protecting government sites, major educational facilities, pharmaceutical organisations, hospitals, prisons and retail chain stores.
