The Kaiserslautern District Court has granted the submitted application for the judicial appointment of the Supervisory Board Member - Mr. Osafumi Kawamura (General Manager, Business Planning Division, Imaging-IoT Solution; Konica Minolta Inc. Tokyo, Japan) to replace Mr. Tsuyoshi Yamazato.
The Supervisory Board will thus be composed of Toshiya Eguchi (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Olaf Jonas, and Osafumi Kawamura from 1 July 2021. The Management Board looks forward to working with Osafumi Kawamura and thanks Tsuyoshi Yamazato for his constructive and trusting cooperation.
