Blackline Safety Corp., known for its advancements in connected safety technology, is set to establish two new offices internationally, situated in Cologne, Germany, and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
This strategic expansion aims to fortify Blackline's reach across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), enabling the company to cater more effectively to its expanding customer base in these regions.
European and African network enhancement
The new Cologne office enhances Blackline's presence in Europe, joining an existing network in the U.K. and France. This development will facilitate localised sales, service, and customer engagement, broadening the company's ability to support its clientele across Europe and Africa.
Focusing on the Middle East
Blackline's new office is set to boost its engagement within the energy, utilities, and petrochemical sectors
In Abu Dhabi, Blackline's new office is set to boost its engagement within the energy, utilities, and petrochemical sectors by offering localised training and service solutions.
This addition follows a significant multi-year purchase agreement with ADNOC, enhancing Blackline's foothold in the Middle East.
"We’re excited to bring Blackline’s global operations even closer to our customers across Europe and the Middle East," stated Cody Slater, CEO and Chair of Blackline Safety. "Opening regional offices in Cologne and Abu Dhabi strengthens our local service and support capabilities and positions us to better partner with global enterprise customers."
Participation in major trade events
This expansion coincides with Blackline Safety's presence at ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and its involvement in A+A 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany. These events, which draw safety and energy professionals from around the globe, occur from November 3–6 and November 4–7, respectively.
Technological advancements in safety
During these trade shows, Blackline will present substantial updates to its cloud-based safety platform. Unveiled at the NSC 2025 Safety Congress & Expo, these enhancements include ZoneAware Geofencing, an improved Loner Mobile app, enhanced gas sensor visibility, and new bulk management automation tools.
These innovations aim to provide safety and operations teams with greater situational awareness, streamline program management, and bolster compliance and efficiency, ultimately offering extended protection to more workers within their operations.
