Macmon secure GmbH is a pioneer in advanced network access control software. Its products are complementary to Belden’s industrial networking portfolio and will be integrated with the company’s Hirschmann offering to expand its ability to provide complete end-to-end solutions.

Expanded consulting capabilities

The addition of Macmon to Belden’s portfolio will extend its Customer Innovation Center (CIC) initiatives by adding expanded consulting capabilities in network access control and increased ability to provide comprehensive solutions to meet customers’ complex industrial networking needs.

According to Brian Lieser, VP, Global Products, the acquisition brings solid and proven Network Access Control (NAC) and Secure Defined Perimeter (SDP) software to protect networks and cloud resources into Belden’s portfolio of solutions.
