Important dates for proposals
Key dates to remember for the GSX 2026 Proposal Review Committee include an application period opening from 3 December 2025 and closing on 14 January 2026. Proposals should be submitted electronically via the GSX 2026 proposal submission portal, with the submission timeline running simultaneously.
Notifications for accepted presenters and other submitters will be sent by mid-April 2026. The event itself is scheduled to take place from 14-16 September at the Georgia World Congress Centre in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
