Selection process and criteria
The selection of America’s Best Employers By State was based on a comprehensive survey involving over 245,000 employees across companies with a workforce of at least 500 within the United States.
Criteria for evaluation included direct feedback from employees focusing on their willingness to recommend their employer, along with their views on various aspects like workplace culture, compensation and benefits, leadership, flexibility, company reputation, and professional growth opportunities.
