ADT Commercial has announced that it has purchased premier fire, life safety and security systems provider, Edwards Electronic Systems, Inc., based out of Clayton and Concord, North Carolina, USA.
The purchase of Edwards Electronic Systems, Inc. further deepens the ADT Commercial organisation’s integration capabilities and fire and life safety expertise, in order to serve mid-market, national and large-scale commercial customers, in the Carolinas regions.

For nearly 25 years, Edwards Electronic Systems has been a trusted installer and service provider of fire and life safety, security, video surveillance, access control, nurse call and mass notification systems for commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare facilities, across North and South Carolina regions.
