Mayflex, the distributor of Converged IP Solutions, has appointed Richard Townsend in the role of Account Manager for Converged Technology with an emphasis on IP Security.  

Richard joins Mayflex from Comelit, where he served as a Business Development Manager. Prior to that he has worked at Kidde Safety as an Area Sales Manager.

Francesco Bellavia, Director of Sales for Security at Mayflex, commented, "We are delighted to welcome Richard to the team. With his experience in the fire and security market, he understands the typical requirements of our customer base. Richard has the right attitude and the desire to learn, making him a perfect fit for the Mayflex team. He will be predominantly covering accounts in the South East."
