Through its team of subject matter experts and instructional designers, HID Academy is committed to providing an engaging, relevant, on-demand digital learning experience via the Docebo interface that enables HID partners and customers to gain knowledge and expertise on the HID product portfolio.

Learning centre

HID Academy offers training to help users stay current with HID’s products. The learning centre has a global footprint with students from over 100 countries, and it continues to grow. The users can share learning achievements via Docebo native interface to be recognised within the industry.

According to an internal survey from HID, over 96% of customers felt the courses provided skills & knowledge that can be used on the job, with over 97% of customers indicating they would recommend the HID Academy learning experience to others.
