HID to bring a panel of high profile participants to debate on corporate ID security in a mobile world

HID Global’s end user event at Security Essen is set to become one of the most talked about side events of 2012 as the company brings together a strong panel of high profile participants to debate the on-trend question: Is your corporate ID secure in a mobile world?

Vodafone’s Head of Corporate Security and Safety, Dr. Rolf Reinema joins the Group Security Cyber Forensic Manager Dr. Andreas Rohr from the RWE Group, the well-respected consultant, Matthias Küsterfrom Escrypt and HID’s very own Philip Hoyer, Strategic Innovation Team - HID Global, to air their views at this exclusive event, which will be held at the HID Global stand [Hall 10, Stand 206] on Wednesday 26 September between 3.30pm and 5.30pm.

Moderated by Protector’s editor, Hagen Zumpe, the event is free to end users with an interest in this subject area although places are restricted. Attendees can get involved in the debate and to ask questions to the panel, who will be talking about their own experiences in identifying how and why mobile security poses great opportunities for business – both now and in the future. As global debates about the related subject of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) continue to grow, this event provides a perfect opportunity to encourage its discussion.

“We are well-positioned to organise this cutting edge debate because we have been pioneering solutions in this field for some time and Security Essen provides a superb opportunity to invite high profile specialists to bring their expertise and curiosity so we can share our knowledge and learn from one another,” said HID Global’s Philip Hoyer. “I’m very proud to be a part of this.”
