Arecont Vision

Arecont Vision has expanded its MegaIP and ConteraIP video surveillance cameras with two new Omni models: the SurroundVideo SX and the ConteraIP RS.

The Omni SX camera is based on the success of the Omni G2, offering improved image quality and increased product reliability. Both 12 and 20 MP models will feature True Day/Night capabilities for indoor/outdoor use, Advanced Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) for different lighting conditions and NightView for solid performance in low light. It also has SNAPstream technology that reduces bandwidth without sacrificing image quality.

The Omni SX series of 4 sensors configurable by the user presents the option of remote focussing lenses ranging from 2.1 16 mm.
