Matrix Systems, an access control and security solutions provider with a 35-year reputation built on innovation and customer service, recently announced top-level leadership appointments for its Frontier business unit.

Jeremy Krinitt assumes the role of General Manager of Frontier. In this role, he will lead all sales, and research and development efforts. Since joining Matrix in mid-2013, Krinitt has focused on streamlining innovation and defining new feature sets for the Frontier technology portfolio. As General Manager, he will lead Frontier as it develops a comprehensive suite of security technology offerings, including the Frontier Integrated Platform.

As Vice President of Business Development, Ron Kandcer will drive business development efforts for the consultant and architect and engineer (A&E) communities, and engage with key end user clients to drive demand of Frontier technologies. Steve Kingsbury will serve as Manager, Business Development, reporting directly to Kandcer.

Jeff Stout joins Frontier as Vice President of Channel Development. He will focus on building out the Frontier authorised reseller channel in the Americas. He previously served as Director of National Integrator Sales with Tri-Ed. During his eight-year tenure at Tri-Ed, he also held the role of Business Development Manager. Joe Kifer, who previously worked with Panduit, assumes the role of Eastern Channel Manager.

In addition, Dan Piening joins the Frontier organisation as Program Manager, responsible for managing schedules and deliverables. Gayle Adair has been named Inside Sales Manager, charged with supporting all sales efforts.

“These appointments ensure a smooth transition as we align our business units and simplify the delivery of technology and services to our customers,” said Holly Tsourides, CEO, Matrix Systems. “All are experienced industry professionals who will enhance a very effective leadership team, and drive focused results and strategies to the Frontier business, and its partners and customers.”
