Justin Lott is now the Milestone Regional Sales Manager for Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He comes to the Milestone universe after nine years in the security industry that has given him a broad range of knowledge with a technical focus. Previously Product Marketing Manager for Bosch Security Systems, Inc., Justin was responsible for sales of digital and IP video products across both North and South America, working with regional integrators on large projects that included county jails, international airports, and universities. Justin graduated with an Electrical Engineering Technology Degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Brad Cary is the new Regional Sales Manager for the Midwest dedicating his focus on working closely with our partner channel throughout the plains region. He is based near St. Louis. Brad brings manufacturing experience from working for DVTel and Best Access Systems/Stanley Security Solutions, as well as integrator knowledge from Johnson Controls and Tech Electronics. His education includes Mechanical/Architectural Drafting, Business & Marketing, and Electronics Engineering Technologies.

Brian Beird started at Milestone in June to serve as the North Central Territory Manager covering Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, based out of Chicago. Brian comes to Milestone from Sonitrol Stanley Convergent Security where he was a National Accounts Manager. He has a degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Xavier University.
Bob Perez has the role of Transportation Sales Manager for Milestone Systems, covering sales for this vertical sector over the entire U.S., from Northern California. Bob built up solution expertise in his previous job as National Sales Manager/Market Development Manager at Verizon Business and Enerdyne Technologies. On the manufacturer side, he was National Sales Manager for Verint. Bob got his education at California State University.
Milestone Presales support engineer teams have been beefed up with the following additions in the Americas: Ishkhan Ishkhanian (previously at Genetec and IBM) and Jared Tarter (from UTC Fire & Security and GE Security). Mark Eggett leverages his extensive knowledge of the Milestone platform from his years at Matrix IP Limited to carry out Milestone Presales in the UK, and Peter Moeller is a Presales Engineer addition to the team in Denmark, coming from Niscayah where he was Sales and Project Manager for video surveillance installations.
Inside Sales for the Americas has added Paul Messenger with 5 years experience and a B.Sc. in Business Administration, and at the Milestone Danish headquarters Flavia Kaiser-Nykjaer brings her multi-lingual talents and background at IBM. Jasleen Kaur Rehal is Milestone's new MSP Programme Specialist working to further develop the activities with Milestone Solution Partners, having worked with product management and partner programmes at Microsoft, after achieving a Master of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science. Jennifer Hones is Technical Assistant to Eric Fullerton, CSMO at Milestone; she has a Stanford BA in International Relations.
In Europe, Anders Johansson is the Milestone Regional Sales Manager for Russia, CIS, Poland and the Baltic Markets. He knows Milestone and the open platform IP video technology very well from years of experience as the CEO of Pemel Security, and from Channel Marketing and Country Manager positions in the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe for Axis Communications.

Carlos Garcia San Miguel is the new Regional Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal, coming to Milestone with over a decade of management skills developed in the telecommunications and IT industries. He has worked for Telefonica, Ericsson and European Telecom Company, among others, and is based out of Madrid. Didier Flaquet is Milestone's newest Area Sales Manager in France, covering the southern territories. He brings a strong background with industry expertise from Axis Communications. He has technical sales degrees and also studied in Cambridge.
Milestone Systems not only brings in new talent to continue growing its business: the company emphasises career development of employees within the organisation, too. Hans Jorgen Skovgaard has been promoted to VP of Product Development after significantly improving efficiencies in the Milestone R&D departments over the past year. Christian Bohn's role has expanded with the new title of VP Marketing & Product Management. For Milestone in the Americas, Manuel Nylen is now VP Field Sales managing all regional sales managers and Tim Palmquist is VP Sales Operations managing Inside Sales, Distribution Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales and Vertical Sector Sales.

Reem Rady is the Milestone MAP Account Manager for Manufacturer Alliance Partners. Annemarie Kapper Hansen changed to full-time status as A&E Marketing Programme Manager after completing her masters in International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School. A number of other staff additions have been made in the Human Resources, R&D, Test and Support departments of the company, which perform all development for the full line of XProtect™ open platform IP video management software.
