ZKAccess, a division of ZKTeco and leading provider of biometric and RFID security solutions, is pleased to welcome Ciprianna Shockley as Customer Satisfaction Representative.
Ciprianna, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, brings to ZKAccess and its customers 10+ years of Customer Service, Finance & Operations experience. In her new role, she will field customer phone requests and provide pre- and post-sales support, order and shipping status and billing assistance.
