The data is used for the production of passports and migration documents.
The Lithuanian e-passports contain quality secured facial images and finger prints according to EU Council Regulation (EC) No 2252/2004. Migration documents correspond to EU decision 2004/512/EC and EU-Vis (Visa Information System).
