Via an Ethernet network such as a LAN or corporate network, the AXIS 292 takes a stream of digital video and audio from a specified Axis network camera or video server, and converts it into high quality, analogue signals. When used in combination with Axis video servers, AXIS 292 decoders can quickly and cost-effectively connect two analogue systems at different locations via a LAN/MAN/WAN Ethernet network. The AXIS 292 is ideal for retail applications, campus security and city center surveillance. |
