High-density, shallow depth, 19" 1U high enclosure. Supports screw-terminal or RJ45 UTP video inputs. Built-in transient protection & ground lifting. Fully automatic digital distance equalization. Distances up to 1500ft with passive transceiver. NVT's latest generation StubEQTM technology, the NV-1642 is a 16-channel active (amplified) hub that allows the transmission of full-motion monochrome or colour video. The receiver hub continuously and automatically conditions the video signal, compensating for cable attenuation, ground loops, and voltage transients, independent of video signal content.
