The software can control security, access control, video surveillance systems, view of fire and safety systems as well as building control systems such as HVAC and elevators. SynopSYS uses the Universal Plug & Play (UPnP™) communication protocol, an XML based open standard. Any UPnP™ device can be immediately integrated into SynopSYS, while other devices are easy to integrate due to the open architecture.
