FaceTOOLS is based on Flexible Template Matching, a new and powerful technological foundation, incorporating a unique combination of multiple approaches to face recognition. FaceTOOLS is aimed at partners who develop applications in a criminal ID, civil ID, and border management environment, and who already have some experience with biometrics and face recognition.
