The award-winning FE8171V is the first and foremost fisheye camera from VIVOTEK. Equipped with a 3.1-Megapixel sensor and a fisheye lens for 180° panoramic view (wall mount) or 360° surround view (ceiling/floor/table mount), the FE8171V conveniently eliminates blind spots and provides a field of view 8x wider than a standard VGA camera. With cutting-edge image processing, hemispherical images captured from the FE8171V can be converted into conventional rectilinear projection for viewing and analysis. VIVOTEK releases two mounting accessories, AM-516 and AM-517 for dome cameras

VIVOTEK has released two new mounting accessories, AM-516 and AM-517, to allow for easier and more flexible mounting of its dome camera series.

The AM-516 is compatible with the FD8162, part of the SUPREME series with 1080p, full HD viewing resolution at 30 frames per second (ftp). It allows the fixed dome camera to be mounted to the AM-211 L-Bracket for wall installation as well as standard 4” or 4 11/16” electrical backboxes.

The AM-517 is compatible with the 1-Megapixel dome camera models, including the FD8133/33V and the FD8134/34V, and allows them to be applied to the AM-518 dome mount for wall or pendant style applications as well as standard 4" or 4 11/16" electrical backboxes.

The existing FD8362 and FD8362E already include a mounting plate for electrical box mounting.
