Tamron Co., Ltd. announced the release of Model DF010Q03, a P-iris vari-focal lens for integrated cameras supporting mega-pixel resolutions and infrared, with a 1/3" imager size, 3.0-9.0mm focal length, and an F/1.2 aperture.

Tamron recently appointed Keiki Warashina as General Manager of Tamron USA's Industrial Optics Division. Warashina will be responsible for Tamron CCTV business in North and South America.
