ALLNET GmbH, a specialist provider of network solutions, has been appointed a distributor for Samsung’s complete range of IP based access control and video surveillance products.

Founded in 1991, ALLNET GmbH is one of Germany’s fastest growing ICT distributors which has built an enviable reputation for providing installers, system integrators and resellers with very high levels of pre and post sales support.

“ALLNET GmbH’s extensive knowledge of network based solutions makes them the ideal business partner to help us promote our IP based security solutions to the German market,” said Steffen König, Regional Manager for Samsung Techwin Europe Ltd for Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) and Eastern Europe. “Samsung is now virtually a one-stop-shop for IP network based access control and video surveillance solutions, with a comprehensive range of products that enables us to offer solutions for almost any project, from small single sites to large multi-sited applications. We are therefore looking forward to working closely with ALLNET GmbH to ensure that these exciting and innovative products, many of which incorporate technologies unique to Samsung, are brought to the attention of a wide audience throughout Germany”.

Samsung’s comprehensive portfolio of IP products includes a recently introduced series of HD network cameras and domes which have a price point that make them affordable for the majority of office and retail video surveillance projects. All of the new seven ONVIF compliant models support H.264 and MJPEG compression methods to provide the option to simultaneously transmit images to multiple locations at various frame rates. “In a tough and competitive economic climate, it is these and other innovative Samsung products which will provide our customers with the opportunity to compete for new business,” said Michaela Höllering, Head of Video Surveillance for ALLNET GmbH. “We are therefore delighted to have agreed this distribution agreement with Samsung in Germany.”
