
A well-respected expert on CCTV, Pauline Norstrom is Chairman of the CCTV Section of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and heads-up the BSIA's technical committee - TC/10 - which focuses on CCTV standards and guidance and has looked at critical areas from digital video evidence to privacy masking. Pauline is also the security industry's sole representative on the Programme Board of the National CCTV Strategy alongside key stakeholders such as the police and the Home Office. On behalf of the BSIA, she is regularly called upon to provide expert commentary regarding topical CCTV issues for the national media, including: BBC Radio 5 'Live' and the BBC World Service.
Additionally, Pauline is the Director of Worldwide Marketing for CCTV specialist AD Group - the parent company of Dedicated Micros - which provides industry-leading embedded CCTV systems, right-up to the enterprise level, for deployment on the ground, in the air and on the move. Overseeing a highly skilled and professional marketing team, and reporting directly to the AD Group Board, Pauline is responsible for all aspects of the marketing mix for AD Group and its subsidiaries including: AD Aviation, AD Aerospace, AD Network Video, AD Mobile, ChipWrights, D-Tec, Dedicated Micros, ISD, RemGuard and Traffic Safety Systems.
