Fargo Electronics, Inc., a global leader in secure technologies for card identity systems, announced it has achieved successful ISO 9001:2000 registration following an assessment this month. The scope of the registration includes the design, manufacture and sale of secure ID card printer/encoders, media (ribbons, films, cards and laminates), software and systems. The registration confirms that Fargo has undergone a rigorous, comprehensive assessment, and its processes and organisation have met an international set of standards for quality and continuous improvement. "This registration acknowledges our efforts as a world-class manufacturer. We recognise the importance of documented processes in producing high-quality, reliable products." "Our pursuit of continuous improvement represents a tangible value to Fargo customers.
