BSIA announces winners of Annual Security Personnel Awards

The BSIA's Annual Security Personnel Awards will take place in June at the London Hilton, Park Lane

The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) is pleased to announce the regional winners of this year's Annual Security Personnel Awards. Now in their fourteenth year, the awards continue to recognise the excellent work and vital contribution that those working in the security industry are making across the country, and are presented in the following categories: Service to the Customer, Outstanding Act, Best Newcomer, Best Use of Technology and Best Team.

Each of the regional winners will receive an award certificate at BSIA presentations that will take place in the coming months, and will then be put forward to the national judging phase. The national winners will be announced at the BSIA's Annual Luncheon on the 27^th June at the London Hilton, Park Lane.

Trevor Elliott, Director of Manpower and Membership Services at the BSIA, commented: "The high calibre of nominations received this year made it particularly challenging to appoint our winners. For this reason in 2012 we have a particularly high number of winners, with many regions having more than one per category."
