Artec technologies with numerous innovations at the IFSEC in Birmingham!

Published on 24 April 2007

This year, artec technologies will again be represented at the IFSEC in Birmingham from the 21st to the 24th of May, and will show the visitors a number of novel solutions for the areas of digital image storage, HYBRID technology and megapixels.

As the leading company in HYBRID technology and a specialist in "video over IP networks," artec technologies inc. will continue to emphasize a solutions-oriented portfolio of products in the future.

One of the highlights at the 50 m² artec booth, shining in MULTIEYE orange, will be the updated MULTIEYE-HYBRID Real Time MPEG-4 DVR with up to 32 video inputs.  With up to 800 fps in a 4CIF image resolution, the recorder is optimised for recording up to 800 MPixels/second.  This means it is optimally equipped for the new smart megapixels IP camera generation.

Naturally, the new TOSHIBA megapixel IP SpeedDome and the latest IQinVision Smart Megapixel IP cameras, which artec just recently started marketing throughout Europe, are included.

Over and beyond that various further developments in the MULTIEYE software platform will be demonstrated with the major emphasis on the areas of POS interfacing (Datalog module via TCP/IP), mobile interfacing for the optimum display of video data on PDAs and smartphones, as well as the integration of the new Sony MPEG-4 IP camera generation and ACTi video servers.

In the solutions' area, HDTV, network-based video management, remote surveil-lance and decentralized image storage are in focus.  This enables, for example, the implementation of efficient IP video surveillance solutions by means of MULTIEYE-NET and the new VideoCenter II software. The siteplan based VideoCenter II supports up to 4 monitors per client PC.

You can find artec technologies inc. in Pavilion 6, Booth 9021
