Express Dairies is safe with Smoke Screen

Published on 18 December 2007

Concept Smoke Screen secures Express DairiesProblem

A modern, two-storey office block located at the junction of two major motorways, crammed full of expensive computers and sensitive data.

Options

Physical security to supplement the existing alarm system.

Solution

Multiple Smoke Screens by Concept Smoke Screen.  Bars and grilles do have a deterrent effect, but they detract from the appearance of the building and turn the workplace into a virtual prison.  This type of physical protection can also increase the level of violence employed by thieves when gaining entry.  Also, once the perimeter defence is breached, the office's contents are completely vulnerable.  Within seconds of the alarm activation the office interior is completely inundated.  Computers and other office equipment disappear, concealed beneath a protective layer of smoke.

The smoke is harmless and guaranteed not to leave any form of contaminating residue.
