TeleEye partners MLC Security, provider of CCTV specific broadband services

Published on 11 April 2008

TeleEye partners MLC Security, provider of CCTV specific broadband servicesRemote CCTV surveillance manufacturer, TeleEye, provides an end-to-end monitoring and surveillance solution.  The all-in-one package comprises a DVR Transmitter, a secure and managed ADSL broadband connection, a pre-configured router, a secondary GPRS connection and 24/7 RVRC monitoring - complete with one year, on-site warranty.

MLC Security of Gateshead, UK has developed "Secure at Source", the ADSL broadband network connection used in e2e.  This connection fully supports the security, performance, reliability and quality requirements of Alarm Receiving Centres (ARCs), Remote Video Response Centres (RVRCs) and remote camera sites.

Duncan Ross, UK MD of TeleEye, explained, "Secure at Source is simple to install and operate.  It is fully managed by MLC, has low contention rates and can be used to remotely diagnose and even correct many network issues - minimising installer site visit requirements.  At TeleEye we have made compliance with BS 8418 a priority over the last year, reducing unnecessary police call outs to monitored sites. e2e is our solution, and the provision of a CCTV specific broadband connection is key to its success."

TeleEye is a leader in BS 8418 compliant remote CCTV surveillance.  Installers benefit significantly from its simple and complete e2e monitoring solution.
