Published on 6 July 2007

TeleEye Group, a dynamic and leading worldwide supplier of video surveillance systems, has appointed Mr. Duncan Ross as the General Sales Manager for TeleEye Europe Ltd., its subsidiary office in the UK.

Duncan's role will focus on the strategic development of sales and marketing activities for TeleEye Europe Ltd. in the UK and Ireland.  He will be responsible for promoting and developing TeleEye brand within the video surveillance and CCTV market place.  Duncan will also be working alongside TeleEye resellers, system integrators and solution partners to help them in specifying TeleEye products into their installations and tenders.

Duncan has built a wealth of sales experience and knowledge in the CCTV, Variable Data and AV sectors over the decades.  Prior to joining the TeleEye Group, Duncan was the Strategic Business Development Manager for Dedicated Micros in which he created opportunities and brand awareness within the enterprises and end-user market places across EMEA.  Duncan also worked as the National Sales Manager in Kyocera Mita (UK) and Regional Sales Manager in Canon (UK) Ltd. and has acquired invaluable experiences in sales management and business development.

Dr. Cliff Chan, TeleEye Group's CEO said, "We welcome Duncan to join our team in the UK.  Duncan is a professional with outstanding leadership and sales skills.  He has established a track record of successful achievement in the security industry.  Our RX range of Digital Video Recording Servers has been very successful in making impressive growth over the last few years in the UK and European markets.  He is the right person to further expand the sales in the region for the Group."
