Panasonic System Solutions Europe extends opening hours of telephone helpdeskPublished on 11 January 2008  Panasonic System Solutions Europe is pleased to announce that as of January 2nd 2008 it has increased the support provided to customers by extending the opening times of its UK and Ireland sales helpdesk.
PSSEU has made this strategic decision to extend its sales helpdesk opening hours as it understands the importance of customer service and strives to ensure help is available throughout effective working hours, providing first-class support and assistance. With this in mind, the helpdesk will now be open from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Paul Meehan, Head of System Solutions UK & Ireland says: "We believe it is imperative the customer service we provide is equivalent to the high quality standard of our products and we continually strive to develop and improve both.
