The REDWALL Partnership Programme has been credited as the solution to one installer's difficulties with false alarm activations.
It also runs an alarm receiving centre at its Stoke headquarters and it is here that the improvements have been noticed, as Tony continues: "There has been a considerable amount of positive feedback from the monitoring station and the proof is in the stats, there have been far fewer call outs to false alarms."
