ISE 2006 almost sold out, over 270 exhibitors registered

Published on 7 December 2005

Following a busy spell of exhibitor bookings during the last two months including 3LCD and Belden, the organisers of ISE 2006, Europe’s biggest trade show for AV Systems Integrators report that the event next February in Brussels will be twice the size of the 2005 show and is almost sold out.

Mike Blackman, Managing Director ISE 2006 is delighted, but not surprised by these figures.  “The AV Systems Integration market continues to grow at an increasing rate, the outlook for new business is buoyant and we have more than justified our decision earlier this year to invest in a substantial increase in floor space at the Brussels Expo to accommodate the increase in bookings.”

Bigger show, bigger venue – more attractions

ISE 2006 will be more than just an exhibition.  Visitors who attend will see a number of new displays, a comprehensive conference including a new manufacturers forum and a series of spectacular displays in the Brussels Expo.  The Residential Solutions Area offers visitors a unique opportunity to see the stunning potential of the Home Theatre and systems integration industry.  POPAI will be sponsoring the Digital Signage Pavilion, which will showcase a range of products offering systems integrators innovative ideas on both designing and installing the very latest technology in the industry.

ISE 2006 will deliver a comprehensive and varied conference programme

ISE also announce the completion of the Conference Program, which is confirmed as the most comprehensive yet.  It will deliver topical information in a non-commercial environment and will be presented by the leading figures in the AV Systems Integration industry. Supported by case studies, supporting workshops and educational sessions, places are starting to fill up quickly.  Cleverdis will be running daily sessions at the show.  Housed in the ISE Theatre is the new Manufacturers forum where exhibitors have the unique opportunity to give a 45 minute long presentation on new products and innovations.  These open sessions are free to attend.

Visitors who have not yet registered to attend ISE 2006 are urged to act now says Mike Blackman.  “Even though February 2006 is still some way off, by registering now and marking the dates in the diary, visitors can save on the registration fee and will also be guaranteed to receive all the latest pre-show news and information.  This is the only key European event in 2006 and for those involved in the AV Systems Integration industry, ISE 2006 is a must attend event which is going to be the most spectacular one we have ever held.

The third edition of Integrated Systems Europe will be held 1-3 February 2006 at the Brussels Expo.  ISE is jointly sponsored by the three leading electronic systems industry associations: the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association ® (CEDIA®), InfoComm International® and the National Systems Contractors Association ® (NSCA®. All are international organizations serving a combined membership of more than 9,000 companies and individuals in over 70 countries.

CEDIA® (www.cedia.org) is a global trade association of companies specializing in planning and installing residential electronic systems.

InfoComm International® (www.infocomm.org) is the premier trade association for the professional audiovisual and information communications industry, and founder of InfoComm, the conference and trade exposition for audiovisual communications professionals.

NSCA® (www.nsca.org) is the leading trade association representing the commercial electronic systems industry.

About POPAI, the Global Association for Marketing at-Retail

POPAI is the only non-profit association serving the global marketing at-retail industry. On its member’s behalf, POPAI initiates strategic programs that positively impact the industry’s direction and protect the industry from undue regulation.  POPAI provides the industry with research, education and resources; plus the Outstanding Merchandising Awards (OMA) contest. The organization also facilitates an international dialogue and information exchange between its worldwide members. POPAI, in conjunction with the Association of National Advertisers, is developing an industry-wide system to assure the integration of Marketing at-Retail into the media mix during the initial planning stages.  POPAI is also leading the industry in the area of digital signage and supporting media networks -- technology that has already opened up the market to hundreds of new creative ideas that promise to further stimulate growth.  POPAI was founded in 1936 and has offices in over 20 countries.
