| Aasset Security showcased Space Control, their new software platform, amongst other products from their existing range at IFSEC 2008, Birmingham NEC. By interconnecting with security peripherals, Space Control enables the monitoring of different information (intrusion, access control, fire alarms, BMS, Nurse Call, etc.). The platform is built on a modular core integrating different application servers and a server administration software with the relevant clients. The management of the equipment and application servers is possible through an in-built GUI or through monitoring GUIs that are communicating via the software platform SDK or Active X. The highly flexible configuration software enables the setting and adaptation of the platform to the specific operation needs of each user. Features include: - Ability to unify and interconnect video surveillance, access control, intruder alarms, fire detection, building management systems
