The newly published CCTV Planning Guide from Siemens is an invaluable guide to the products available in the CCTV range. Available in both brochure and poster format, the Guide is a key sales tool for the installer, supporting the selection of the right products. The products are shown in a portfolio, from the first component in a system, through to cameras and transmission to switching and recording, as well as monitoring and control. The new SISTORE MX NVS, also shown in the Planning Guide, brings all the recording and monitoring capabilities of the SISTORE MX system on a software basis - forming a complete IP network-based system, from recording IP cameras, transmitting the images over an IP network, and displaying them on a standard PC that is connected over an Ethernet network.
