The SNC-DF Series incorporates a built-in web server and a 100Base-TX / 10Base-T network interface, enabling users to control the cameras and monitor images from a PC running a standard web browser; additional software or plug-ins are not needed. MPEG-4 compression with adaptive rate control ensures stable, high-quality pictures with network-efficient bandwidth requirements, delivering high frame rates up to 30 fps at QVGA resolution via the 1/4 type IT Super HAD CCD sensor.
The camera supports audio transmission from either its own in-built microphone or an external line input, and the in-built vari-focal lens provides optimum coverage over any desired area. Smart vector motion detection provides more efficient activity detection with reduced risk of false triggers. To meet an even wider range of monitoring needs, the SNC-DF70P also offers a day/night capability.
