Unrivalled in the market today, this camera is enclosed in a vandal resistant dome housing, designed specifically for applications where the camera may be subject to attack, such as petrol stations, retail outlets, public walkways and warehouses.
Incorporating the latest ¼” high-resolution CCD technology, this camera provides high picture quality and sensitivity. Complete with a built-in 22x zoom lens and day/night option the VBP501 offers a solution to fixed camera positions where greater object detail is required during the day or night.
The VBP501 is a unique, versatile unit, featuring a tri-axis gimble for wall mount applications and an on screen menu for ease of set-up. Remote control operations are possible through RS-485 interface for focus and zoom control, using the VCP-WLESS (WIRELESS IR Remote Control). The VCP-WLESS plugs into the back of the camera via RS-485 twisted pair data cable (Cat 5) to allow positioning of the zoom lens. The RS-485 functions can be controlled by most DVRs, which utilise Pelco-D protocol. |
